Velari Snaffle Flex Loose Ring Medium - combines a straight, medium-firm Flex mouthpiece with freely moving loose rings. Compared with the Soft version, the mouthpiece provides increased stability and more defined feedback while retaining a degree of flexibility. This balanced combination is particularly suited to horses in consistent training as well as horses transitioning from a softer to a firmer mouthpiece.

The outer layer is made from a medium-firm synthetic material described by the manufacturer as non-toxic and suitable for regular use. Its flexible inner core allows the mouthpiece to follow natural movement within the horse's mouth to a certain degree. The smooth surface therefore combines more defined communication with a contact that remains adaptable.

The straight mouthpiece lies evenly across the tongue and bars and has no joints. This creates stable, consistent contact without the nutcracker action associated with a jointed mouthpiece. The loose rings provide additional mobility, can encourage light chewing activity and support precise transmission of the rein aids. The Velari Snaffle Flex Loose Ring Medium therefore provides a balanced combination of mobility, stability and clear feedback.
