Velari Snaffle Soft Flex Loose Ring Soft - is designed for particularly sensitive horses that prefer a soft, forgiving and mobile contact. Its straight, ultra-flexible bar mouthpiece combines a soft synthetic coating with a flexible inner core that adapts with movement in the horse's mouth. According to the manufacturer, integrated bit guards prevent the lips from touching metal, ensuring that the horse only comes into contact with the soft synthetic material.

The smooth outer layer is made from a non-toxic, horse-safe synthetic compound designed for daily use. Its flexible inner core gives the mouthpiece a high degree of mobility, while the straight bar follows the natural shape of the horse's mouth and avoids the nutcracker effect associated with jointed mouthpieces. Its flexibility helps cushion rein aids and distribute pressure more gently. At 20 mm thick, the mouthpiece also provides broad pressure distribution across the tongue and bars.

The loose rings provide additional freedom of movement and can encourage light chewing activity while supporting a flexible, responsive connection with the rider's hand.
