No comment about the product : the boots are beautiful, including the leather.
However, I am very disappointed with the shipping process. It took almost four weeks to receive the items. The lack of quick access to information and to the order ID was very frustrating.
I do believe the person handling my request tried to provide visibility, but based on my previous experiences with other services, this clearly needs improvement…

Visor can be switched from the polo one to the regular one.Not giving 5 stars as the german distributor took forever to deliver it (Equizone was very attentive and had a great customer service), which was very annoying.

It's a great bit. Soft, gentle, sturdy...my 7 yr old gelding really appreciates it. He accepts the contact in a very nice and easy way, I would recommend it for horses that are sensible in the mouth. Do not recommend it for stronger horses who do not accept the contact as it is very gentle.
