Heated Stepped Jacket Coach

WHIS Heated Stepped Jacket Coach –  this heated equestrian jacket is designed for colder days and winter conditions, allowing you to control exactly how warm you want to be. With a simple press of the integrated button, you activate the heating elements located at the back and inside the front pockets. The temperature can then be adjusted to your preference using the dedicated app on your phone.

The heating elements are powered by a power bank with a USB connection (not included), which is stored securely in an internal pocket. Temperature can be controlled in two ways: directly via the button on the jacket or through the IWarm app.

Using the button, you can easily switch between three heat levels. When the button lights up blue, the jacket is on the lowest setting. Press it again to switch to medium heat (orange), and once more for the highest setting (red). For more precise control, you can connect the jacket to the IWarm app via Bluetooth. Please note that the IWarm app must be used, as the IWarm Pro app is not compatible and may cause issues.

Care Guide

• Close all zippers before washing
• Machine wash at 30°C (max. 800 rpm)
• Do not use fabric softener or chemicals
• Do not tumble dry
• Ensure the connection cable is stored inside the zipped pocket before washing

Usage

Always place the power bank in the pocket with the connection port facing upwards. This prevents unnecessary tension on the cable and helps avoid damage to the button or closure.

Warranty

The heating elements, cables and zippers are covered by a 1-year warranty, provided the jacket is used and maintained correctly. After this period, any repair costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Gratis verzending is niet van toepassing op artikelen met speciale verzendkosten. Dit kunnen grotere artikelen zijn zoals zadeldozen of springuitrusting of zware zendingen.

Als u kiest voor DHL Express-verzending, moet er een huisadres en telefoonnummer worden vermeld (geen postbussen).

Levertijden bij standaardverzending  kan niet worden gegarandeerd. We raden ten zeerste aan om te kiezen voor expresverzending als een gegarandeerde levertijd vereist is.

Invoerrechten

Invoerrechten en belastingen kunnen van toepassing zijn, afhankelijk van uw land (dit omvat nu ook het Verenigd Koninkrijk). Neem rechtstreeks contact op met uw lokale douaneautoriteiten voordat u uw bestelling plaatst. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele invoerrechten of belastingen.
