What payment methods do you have?
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, G Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Sofort or Bank Deposit
ORDERING
How can I place an order on your site?
1. First find the products you would like to order and add the correct size and color to your shopping cart.
2. The cart will slide out from the side, allowing you to adjust the quantity of the product you would like to order if needed. If you would like to add more products to your order click the small x in the top corner.
3. Repeat the process above for any further items you would like to add to your order. When ready to checkout click the shopping trolley on the main menu bar. If qualified you may also choose your free gift, be sure to choose a size and color where applicable. If your free gift does not show as an item on the Checkout page, you have not chosen correctly.
4. On the checkout page you will fill out your details including name, address, contact number and then you will enter your payment method. Once you have filled everything out correctly, click on the "confirm button. A new screen will appear confirming your purchase.
Can I combine two or more orders together?
Yes of course! Please contact us via email info@equizoneonline.com to combine your orders.
How do I apply a coupon or discount code to my order?
On the checkout page you will see a box labeled "Discount code or gift card". Enter the correct code here to receive the discount. Discount codes can usually not be combined and you can only enter one per order.
I forgot to apply my coupon code or the discount code, what should I do?
Contact us at info@equizoneonline.com and we will apply it for you afterwards where applicable.
Can I choose a different delivery address to my billing address?
Yes, it is important that you enter the correct billing address when placing an order with credit card. This will avoid the credit card payment being declined. You can add your preferred shipping address at the checkout.
Which countries do you send to?
We ship worldwide!
Can I change my order after it is placed?
In most cases we will be able to adjust your order for you. But please note, if a product is low in stock or sold out we will not be able to adjust your order for you. Please contact our customer support at info@equizoneonline.com for further assistance.
What should I do if I accidentally put an incorrect shipping address on my order?
Please get in touch with us straight away at info@equizoneonline.com. We will adjust the address for you.
What size should I order?
On most products you will find a size chart, if not there are general size guides that can be found here. If you still have questions about sizes feel free to contact us for assistance at info@equizoneonline.com
Are there any special offers for first time customers?
Yes, by subscribing to our newsletter you will receive a welcome discount to use on your first order. Please note, some product and brand exclusions apply.
