CHIO Aachen 2025 - A week to remember!
We’ve just returned from an unforgettable week at CHIO Aachen — and what a ride it was! From stormy skies and blazing sunshine to a rainy farewell, the weather delivered just about everything — but nothing could dampen the incredible energy of this world-class event.
It was our first year exhibiting at Aachen, and from the moment we set up, we knew it would be one to remember.
A rollercoaster of Weather - But a warm atmosphere throughout
Early in the week thunderstorms and strong winds arrived, testing the resilience of riders, vendors and visitors. Despite the challenging conditions, the energy never wavered. Our team worked hard to keep the stand in top shape (with a few moments of hanging on tight to flags and boots), and we were impressed by the number of you who braved the weather to come by and try on new boots or just say hello.
Just as quickly as the storms arrived, the sunshine and hot weather followed, and by mid-week we were sweltering through 39°C heat. Thursday night brought one of the most memorable moments of the week: a packed arena under the lights for the Mercedes-Benz Nations Cup, where the USA team took the win in front of the huge crowd. Between rounds, many of you took the opportunity to stop by and take a closer look at the Fabbri boots - the same ones worn by several top riders competing in Aachen throughout the week.
On Sunday, the heavens opened up again during the Rolex Grand Prix, but that didn't stop anyone. Sunday was our busiest day, with equestrians from all over the world stopping by to purchase a new pair of boots or lining up to be measured up for made to measure boots. In an exciting Grand Prix in the rain, it was Martin Fuchs on his phenomenal Leone Jeu that claimed the prestigious title.
