Yes, we are still open and sending orders out daily, however, we are encouraging all customers placing orders to choose DHL Express Shipping at the checkout. 

Due to the large number of passenger flights being cancelled across the world which are used for standard shipments, standard shipping times have been greatly increased. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control. If you have chosen free standard shipping or standard shipping we cannot confirm when your shipment will reach you due to the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19. This is why we are encouraging all customers, especially if you live outside the EU, to choose DHL Express Shipping at the checkout as this is the only way we can currently ensure your packet will reach you quickly. 

You can check the shipping rates of the items in your shopping cart at any time by heading to the cart page, scrolling down and enter your country and post code for full shipping costs.
