Pro Series "Zipair" Airbag Body Protector - an equestrian air vest that combines protection and comfort in one. The lightweight and flexible "Zipair" airbag safety vest for horse riding protects the rider at all times when riding or competing. The outer fabric consists of elastane giving it a light stretch to allow maximum comfort, freedom of movement and to enable optimal deployment of the Airbag. Mesh inserts on the sides and back of the vest improve breathability and therefore your comfort when riding. An absolute must have for any rider wanting to keep themselves safe! 

French brand Equi-Theme have joined forces with leading manufacturer Helite to produce a jacket meeting all your riding needs. Made in France, the air vest conforms to the following European standards: 

• Regulation EU 2016/425
• CRITT GEG-002 protocol

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Delivered complete with cartridge, saddle clip and saddle clamp.
• Front zip fastener
• Inside zip fastener allowing the body protector to be inserted into the Daylair or Comptair jackets
• Outside zip fastener on the cartridge for access

COMPOSITION: 

• Outer fabric: 81% polyamide, 19% elastane
• Lining: 89% nylon, 11% polyester
• Airbag: 100% polyurethane

Do not machine wash. Clean with a sponge or a soft brush and warm soapy water.

Airbag CE certified by the independent laboratory, ALIENOR CERTIFICATION according to the protocol CRITT SPORT LOISIRS GEG-002, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/425.

Integral inflation time: 0.10 sec - Resistance: force required to release between 10 and 25 kg, internal airbag pressure 350 mBar (0.35 kg/cm²). Average values for information only.

Total weight: approx. 900 g for size M.

It is mandatory to use an original HELITE cartridge in the size corresponding to the size of your airbag.

Possibility of extending the warranty from 2 to 4 years if the waistcoat is registered on www.my.helite.com.
