Stübben Egg Butt Bit Bradoon Single Jointed - is used together with a curb bit. Compared to a regular bit, it is thinner and has smaller rings. The olive-head bradoon features fixed side rings that sit about one centimeter closer to the corners of the mouth than with a loose ring snaffle. The olive-shaped ends prevent pinching and keep the bit quieter and more stable in the mouth. Since the rings don’t rotate, the rein aids are slightly more direct but still mild on the poll. However, the difference is barely noticeable to most horses and riders. The double-jointed mouthpiece distributes pressure evenly across the tongue and bars. The olive-head design provides light lateral support and creates a calm, stable feeling in the horse’s mouth. The SWEET copper mouthpiece has a naturally sweet taste, making it highly accepted by horses and encouraging chewing. It contains 90% copper, with small amounts of iron and aluminum, and is nickel-free and durable.
